Eldrant was in an antique shop (no not Vicis') looking for a certain old book. He wasn't having much luck, seeing old books, but not the one. While searching, he saw a beautiful pendant. It was a golden chain with a magnificent blue gem in the center. This item mesmerized him, entranced him, engulfed him. He walked up to the counter and bought it instantly, not caring about the hefty price tag, and took it home.
Eldrant admired his new treasure with longing eyes, he felt it was meant for him. His hunger interrupted his admiring of the gem and got up to make lunch. He made a sandwich, only thinking if the gem, the gem was all that mattered. He ate hastily and then turned to the pendent. He desired to wear it, but something told him to take it else ware, out of sight, then try it on. He went down to the forest and slid the pendent over his head and around his neck.
A searing pain shout through him, causing him to cry out. He noticed he was getting larger in size, and his clothes were stretching. His arms looked different, they had a blue hue to them, and were getting hard. His fingers grew foreign to him, and his finger nails grew into sharp claws. His shoes then ripped open, revealing blue scales all over his feet and claws similar to the ones in his hands. He continued to grow until his shirt ripped off revealing more blue scales. Eldrant wasn't scared his new scales were in his mind beautiful. He welcomed the sensation as a reptilian tail shot out from him. Two bumps appeared on his back, and grew into scaly wings, as blue as the gem. Speaking of the gem, it had fastened on to Eldrant's scales. His face now began to get scales as his pant split. His face elongated into a snout as his hair fell out. Finally Eldrant'/a bones cracked and shifted into a new skeletal structure, and he blacked out.
Eldrant woke up and looked at his reflection in the water. He saw a magnificent dragon, with scales a stunning blue. He felt new senses, and sensations take hold of him, but his memories remained intact. Eldrant wished to test out his new wings, and slowly but surely took off into the distance feeling blessed to have found the pendent and let out a triumphant roar. He flew for what seemed like ages, feeling the wind on him was invigorating. He saw that he was no longer in the realm of humans he was somewhere else.
He looked around seeing only lush wildlife around him. He felt as if he belonged here, and not in his old world. He flew around and saw a vast ocean. After aimless wandering he am saw a vast canyon huge and wide, this all seemed vaguely familiar, and he flew into the east, feeling that was where he should go. Then he saw another dragon going that way and he knew he was going home.

Jake was laying lazily on his bed, holding a dust ridden book and reading by the amber glow of the lamp on his night stand. It was yet another night that he just couldn't sleep; these odd cycles of insomnia posing a greater and greater annoyance. Stirring slightly beneath the covers, he kicked them off, allowing them to slide off the foot of his mattress; landing to the carpet in a crumpled heap. Sighing, he flipped another page, guessing this would be just another night of boredom and sleeplessness.
Jake didn't always suffer from these restless nights. It seemed not long ago that he would often be fast asleep, lost in his immensely ac

dragon transformation
One day, a boy was running away from something in the woods. It was keeping pace in the dense forest. Then the boy felt a sharp stab in his back, as the thing stoped running. The boy looked back to see a man in a dark cloak, his face shrouded in a hood. Now it was the man who was running, away from the kid. The boy began to feel a funny feeling though his body. He fell down, and then noticed his hand, which had a weird pattern running across it, he looked at the other, aind it had the same thing, which kind of looked like scales. He then noticed something running down his spine, pushing up his shirt. When he reached back, he felt a row of spi

The Dracophobe- Dragon TF
16 year-old Johnny was at his desk in his final period class, the bell five minutes from ringing. He was the spitting image of a popular tenth-grade teen: Cool, bored with life, stuck up. He looked to his right and saw Mary, a girl whom he had a crush on. She was absorbed in a drawing in her lap, paying absolutely no attention to the teacher. Johnny decided to take a peek, and he was horrified at what he saw: She was drawing a dragon. It was beautiful; really, the dramatic vantage point, the exquisite shading, the details picture perfect, but Johnny HATED all lizards with a vengeance, especially dragons. He was afraid of the way lizards walke
